Four Weeks Extra Bond for Owners We're so confident in our tenancy selection, we can offer a comprehensive protection scheme worth up to four weeks extra bond covering unexpected tenant debts if a tenant we've selected is found liable in Tenancy Tribunal. This could cover debts such as rent arrears, careless damage, intentional damage, general cleaning, etc.

Qualified and Experienced with Personal Service Your property will be managed by a hands-on and experienced owner-operator with over a decade of experience in property management. We're qualified with the NZQA Certificate in Property Management Level 4.
