Photography has been of keen interest to me since I was a child, and growing up I wanted to be a photographer. Sometimes though, life leads you down paths you never thought you'd travel and the dreams get put on hold. Now as a mother of 2 beautiful boys, wife to a wonderful man and with camera in hand, I set out to make your cherished moments my dream-come-true.
It fills me with happiness to see special moments captured forever on camera, knowing they will be cherished and loved for years to come.
When you book a session with me, I aim to make it as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and is approached in a relaxed and laid-back manner.
I understand that photo shoots may be unfamiliar to you and most people feel uncomfortable in front of the camera. I also understand that sometimes children will have trouble doing exactly what is asked. My approach to your session will be to create natural, fun and candid moments to capture with a few posed images if you choose. This helps to capture the family dynamic and be more authentically you!
I have a range of packages to choose from with a variety of inclusions to suit all needs and budgets and I offer access to my client closet which contains a selection of beautiful garments for you to use during your session.
My studio is located at Thornton which is 15 minutes from Whakatane and nestled in the beautiful coastal region of Whakatane.
