Currently working from her studio at home in Plimmerton, a coastal village just north of Wellington, New Zealand. Alicja is expressive with her work using colour and gestural marks to build on emotional qualities she feels within these landscapes. The combination of large gestural marks and bold use of colour leads you on a journey into the landscape whilst still exploring the nature of the medium.
Alicja has studied infromally in London and New Zealand. You will find her work exhibited with Exhibitions Gallery of Fine Art in both Auckland and Wellingtoon.
